Jessica Alice represents the women who stand strong through the challenges of life. The name represents the feminine in a male-dominated profession and the nurture that comes from a relationship rather than a process. Jessica Alice is a girl who is beginning her life journey already rising to the challenges of severe growth restriction and food aversion as well as autism.  She has a life ahead that will be full of battles and obstacles to overcome, however, she will shine through and be seen for who she is and what she can bring to the world.

Jessica Alice is about the people behind the business, the woman who has a passion for putting the right people in the right job, and the man who shares that passion, standing right behind her and a team of talented people ready to build relationships that count. At least 10% of what we earn from every placement goes to support victims of domestic abuse and coercive control. We work pro Bono to help Women to return to the workforce so that they like Jessica Alice grow beyond the challenges life gifted them.
