Fatime is a highly experienced recruitment Managing Consultant specialising in Accounting, Finance, Legal and other Professional Services across multiple sectors.
Fatime works with her clients to place candidates at all levels within a business, from executives to graduates.

Fatime brings a unique experience to her clients and candidates. Her passion is to focus on the needs of both her clients and her candidates to produce long-term win-win outcomes. The foundations of these outcomes are based on enduring relationships, built on trust, respect, and a deep understanding of the needs of her clients and candidates.

Fatime holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting. She commenced her 10 plus years accounting career in a boutique accounting firm and has worked as a Management Accountant in the following industries: Publishing, Top Tier Law Firm, and Casino. In 2012 she co-founded Quinn Allan Executive a local Victorian recruitment agency while raising two children, the youngest with special needs and the inspiration to what would become Jessica Alice.

Adrian has worked for over 30 years within the communication field and is a certified communication professional and coach. He has worked in a variety of roles from technical project management to HR Manager and internal consultant on Change Management and strategic business development working as the head of corporate communication for a fortune 500 business and worked as an advisor to four CEO's.
He has a global client base, building key communication strategies, developing people, and quite often coaching and sitting on the executive board of various organisations. He is the CEO and founder of Cropley Communication and The Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence.
